Coming 2020, Timsco will be launching a new paperless system powered by Durst's wide format ERP management program. After months of careful consideration, we felt this was the most fit, modern, and all around best solution for the growing need of quickly accessing information and real time order tracking. We will now have a customer portal where a variety of job information can be viewed in real time:

• Order Status
• Proofs/art
• Oder Line Details (including material, size, quantity)
• Ship dates
• Shipping Methods
• Address's
• Tracking numbers

Customers can also elect to receive direct email notifications on proof status, order completion, tracking numbers, order delivery confirmation, and a much more from and endless customizable notification list.
